– **Research confidence:** the research is marked “low,” but several facts are tagged “high.” Gate 10 needs the confirmed and rumor lists calibrated to the low rating.
– **Source count:** the research flags `min_unique_sources_18: false`, so the article may fail the 10-citation minimum from the contract if it relies on the must-cite list alone. It has about 15 must-cite sources, so this is probably manageable.
